Oops...I've always have a habit of not updating my blog up to several months...hehe..I guess, there's just too many things going on that I could hardly find any time for myself. Hmmm, I do wonder if its a good sign or bad.
Oh well....doesn't matter bout that. Ahhh, I've finally completed my Wilton Course 1 in Cake Decorating. Am pretty excited to see how things will work out in the future as I move on to Course 2 & 3. I've posted up some pics of how my cake decorating skills improved over the years and how it will IMPROVE some more in the near future...hahaha...
See how ugly my cake decor designs used to be...Well, its all part of the process of learning....there's the uneven tops, shell borders which are not uniformed, ugly flowers....etc...
